Be a member of the OpenExO Experience Design team.
Our UX Team is a crew of empathetic designers, researchers and writers, passionate about giving our users the best experience possible. We're a very collaborative team, sharing ideas often as we work together in an agile/iterative fashion helping people around the world with their transformation journeys.
You’ll team up with other designers in a fast-paced, UX-focused in-house design team. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams that include designers, devs, QA, engineers, marketers, and product owners.
Are you passionate about digital? Do you empathize with users humans? Do you believe that design starts with defining the problem? Then, we want to see your porfolio.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Work with design leadership to craft, refine, implement, and communicate design vision and strategy across the organization.
Champion empathy for people who use OpenExO. Let their needs guide us to the best solutions and inform the product roadmap.
Collaborate closely with product, business, data and engineering partners in an Agile environment. Deliver innovative design experiences to our customers at each stage of their journey.
Ensure the delivery of a consistent user experience across the product.
Take ownership of your work and responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
Work as part of our product to identify and drive key initiatives, continuously iterating and improving upon experiences that span the entire player journey.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to find opportunities to improve our product.
Drive projects and operate end to end by formulating sound problem statements, conduct user research, mockup your ideas, collect feedback from your team, iterate, design the solution and work with our developers to build the solution and ship it, and monitor the implemented solution.
Here’s what we’ll be looking for from you:
You’ve designed products using emerging technologies for web, mobile, and other devices.
You find and craft elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.
You have a broad range of skills with strengths in interaction or visual product design—we welcome either. On the interaction side, your skills might include information architecture, journeys, flows, motion, prototyping, and systems-level thinking.
You champion user-centered design principles and methodologies.
You can grow design practices to deliver a unified product, from concept to implementation.
You’re energized by hands-on work—sketching concepts, defining flows, building prototypes, or polishing final Hi-fi designs.
You’re constantly looking to drive your design instinct through user feedback, user research, and contextual interviews.
You’re proactive, creative, adaptable, and collaborative.
You quickly create a range of engaging, elegant, easy-to-use, and technically-feasible ideas.
You can show us a portfolio showing up an appetite for designs that push boundaries and take risks.
Has experience in designing digital products and systems.
Experience working with and ideally developing or building a design system will be very valuable.
Is able to question assumptions and form a compelling argument backed up with data.
Is self-driven, takes ownership and has the ability to manage their own projects while being a team player
You are a true problem solver for whom the problem is as important as the solution. You investigate the situation before jumping into any conclusions.
You can solve problems considering for international audiences, taking localization and accessibility into account.

You can prove the above with a portfolio rich with case studies that highlight UX research, iterations of wireframes, and impeccable UI. Please note we will be specifically interested in your thought process around given projects.
