Python Backend Developer

 

Join our Python Lovers team, help us to build a new backend architecture.

Join us! We’re Python lovers, discovering new ways to develop software from traditional to new architecture decentralized, based on new concepts and a new mindset. Develop using Python Packages from Community and contribute also opening our development to them.

Our team could be assigned to different features, but we love to keep updated, so we talk in our daily meeting and share our code with our partners (Code Review), in order to improve our code and share our thoughts.  

And of course, all the code we deliver has been tested using TDD.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Develop new backend services in order to support our frontend team through API Rest, using TDD approach.

  • Communication between services, sharing information.

  • Keep updated our populator system, adding more information.

  • Add new tests for bugs that you’ll fix.

  • Search new packages on the Community that could add value to our business.

Here’s what we’ll be looking for from you:

  • You’ve worked with Django Python Framework.

  • You’ve worked with Django Rest Framework developing API Rest.

  • You find and craft elegant but practical solutions to technological challenges.

  • You’re proactive, creative, adaptable, and collaborative.

  • You can speak in English—we use it daily.

What you’ll need to be great:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and attitude

  • Collaboration as part of your DNA and great communication skills

  • Ability to face every challenge with an optimistic and curious mindset

  • The ability to work very iteratively
